About Blossom Lives
Blossom Lives is a relational, evidence-based therapy practice serving Newmarket, Aurora, and the surrounding communities. We make room for the whole of you.
Our Story
Blossom Lives began with a simple belief: that everyone deserves a place to be fully seen, heard, and supported. Too often, people carry their struggles quietly — believing they should manage alone. We’re here to change that.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, seeking personal growth, working through relationship dynamics, or supporting a neurodiverse child, we offer the guidance you need to enhance your mental health.
What Guides Us
A confidential, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are.
Approaches grounded in research and adapted thoughtfully to your story.
Affirming care for every identity, background, neurotype, and family.
Meet Our Team
Registered Psychologist
Hi, I’m Francois!
At the heart of who I am, I’m someone who genuinely enjoys people—their stories, their perspectives, their humour, and all the little things that make each person unique.
I believe therapy doesn’t always have to feel clinical or intimidating. Sometimes growth happens through a meaningful conversation, a new perspective, a little creativity, or even a good laugh along the way. I value creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, while still being challenged and supported as you work toward where you want to be.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a husband, a dad, and someone who enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and making the most of life’s experiences.
Blossom Lives grew from a simple belief I carry both personally and professionally: people can grow in incredible ways when they’re planted in the right environment.
I look forward to getting to know you, too.
Operations Lead
I am a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in behavioural psychology and have professional experience working in the mental health and addictions rehabilitation field. My background has given me a strong understanding of human behaviour, empathy, and the importance of providing compassionate, client-centred support. I am passionate about helping others, building meaningful connections, and using my knowledge and experience to make a positive impact in both professional and community settings.
Administration Coordinator
I recently completed my Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Science and Psychology and am passionate about supporting mental health awareness and accessibility. I assist with practice operations, social media, and marketing initiatives, creating meaningful content that helps connect individuals with valuable mental health resources. I’m excited to support a practice that values connection, compassion, and meaningful growth.
Our Approach
There’s no single path to healing. We blend warmth with proven methods — drawing on CBT, mindfulness, attachment-focused, and strengths-based work — and tailor every session to you. The pace is yours.
You are not a problem to be solved. You are a person to be supported.
